A full flavoured 5% Cider made traditionally by adding back the bittersweet apple juice after fermentation and part maturation in large oak vats, which creates the Cidre Doux style of Brittany and Normandy. Cloudy, gently sparkling and wonderfully ‘appley’.
An easy drinking, dark golden ale, with bags of character, from the Aromatic Barley, Wheat and Pale Malt, with just a hint of citrus orange from the natural sweetness of the malt, and the Goldings and Bramling Cross.
Award winning, best bitter. A light amber colour. TEA is refreshing, hoppy and well balanced. Surely the best drink of the day!
