Chaos More Chaos is our popular flagship Neap. For our 5th Birthday we thought we’d try something a little different. This version has been triple dry hopped to increase the intensity of the Mango and Blueberry flavours this hazy pale ale imparts. It’s an even more chaotic version of Chaos.

We’ve bought together an IPA and a Wheat beer to create our take on a hoppy White IPA. Starting on a Wheat IPA base, we then dry hopped with the finest selection of Wakatu, El Dorado Cryo and Citra Cryo, for tropical fruit notes, with fresh spice and citrus notes from the yeast.

Strata CGX and Azacca T90 hops create a pale ale that punches more like an IPA. A new yeast strain was utilised providing big peach esters and a beautiful milky haze. We’re getting blood orange, juicy nectarine, grapefruit zest and pineapple. Featuring one of the most unique new hop varietals HBC1019 from Barth Haas as well as brand new Pink hops flown in directly from Hollingbery in Yakima. Cold Flame is a soft, fluffy hazy IPA bursting with tropical flavours. Expect wonderful aromas of sticky pineapple, fresh coconut, lime zest and
subtle vanilla. It’s a Pina Colada in IPA form.
