A former "Best Burghfest Beer" winner, taking its place amongst the "Burghfest Heritage Brews", early on the Santas recognised the quality of this classically-styled West Coast IPA, which has since gone on to win many prestigious awards and feature on TV food and drink programs. Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus hops combine to deliver a resinous profile with a citrus undertone. The bitterness help to balance the light caramel flavours of the malts.
